In the month of July 2020, one of the employees' EPF amounts was shown as settled, but that money was not credited to her account due to the wrong IFSC code approved in the portal earlier. Later on, the correct IFSC code was updated and approved in the portal, and even the reauthorization letter was submitted at the Regional Office for amount reimbursement. PF authorities informed that they have not received the reversed amount from the bank and asked her to wait for another 15 days from today. Generally, the reversible amount is received within 10-15 days. However, in this case, it has been more than 45 days. Can anyone guide me to solve this issue?
