I am an HR professional from Kolkata, working for the last 7 years in this field without any formal degree in HR. Now I want to shift my focus a bit to industrial psychology/counseling, and for that, I need to study psychology. Can anyone suggest, advise, or guide me on where I can join for this course? If any online course is available on industrial psychology or from where I can do a regular course on the same.

Typically, you would need to dedicate at least two years to complete these programs.
