Dear friends, I need your help to understand which statutory salary heads (like PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.) vary from state to state. If yes, please help me understand some state-wise calculations.
Only LWF and PT vary from state to state since they fall under state law. Some states do not have PT, and LWF is also not applicable in certain states. I am not aware of it.
