Hi, I need your guidance on the issue I am facing:
Re-recruiting resources and compliance concerns
My company provides IT infrastructure support to our clients. For one of our clients, we participated in a tender and got the order, which was previously with us. Now, our project team is insisting on re-recruiting the resources who are already on our payroll and reissuing appointment letters to them as per the new contract's terms and conditions. My question is, if we do so, will there be any compliance issues like PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.?
