How Does the New CLRA Ordinance in Punjab Affect Your Business with 50+ Contract Workers?

Dear All, Please find attached an Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 11.08.2020 by the Governor of Punjab, promulgating the CLRA (Punjab Amendment) Ordinance 2020 amending the CLRA Act. As per this notification/ordinance, the existing applicability of the Act to establishments employing 20 or more workmen has been increased to 50 or more.

Dear Seniors, please confirm if we have a similar notification for the West Bengal location where, for the CLRA license, the employee count is increased to 50 or more. If yes, I need the notification as well.
