Dear Umakanthan Sir, HR Experts,
I was given the Confirmation Letter after 12 months instead of 6 months. I received the scanned copy of my Confirmation Letter via email, as it was during the lockdown period. Currently, I have not provided my acceptance to the HR team or my manager either through email or in writing, and they have also overlooked obtaining my acceptance.
If I resign now, will I be required to serve a 3-month notice period as per the rules for confirmed employees in the company? Alternatively, can I leave the job based on the terms and conditions of the probation period (allowing me to leave within a 15-20 days notice period)?
