Hi I have a doubt if I am taking a leave (LoP) for a day in August how my salary calculated - if my salary is 4000. 4000- ((4000*12)/365) is this correct?
If I am getting increment on 18th August by 20% what will be my salary ?
((4000*12)/365)*17 + ((4800*12)/365)*14 is this correct ?

This is correct but a long winded calculation. In the first case (4000*30)/31 and in the second case( 4000*17)/31 + (4800*14)/31.
