Documents Nomenclature sequence - ideas for initiating documents no. system in chemical industry

Can anyone help me in providing the ideas for initiating documents no. system in chemical industry, like some documents are related to (1) corporate activities, (2) some documents are related with ISO9001:2015 QMS system and (3) some available documents are related to SHE (safety,health and environment).
