May be if renewal of licence for Contract Labour, online facility may be available. Browse thru' website of Labour Dept. Kerala- http://www.lc.kerala.gov.in/; https://lcas.lc.kerala.gov.in/office/onlinehome.php. I hope this helps.

Please find attached FORM II for Labour Licence Renewal Application as per latest amendment. The same form for fresh and renewal under ISMW & CLRA, but recently the fresh application for license has made mandatory for ONLINE via Shrama Suvidha Portal.
