Hello, I have an Offer from Company A, which I have accepted and signed an offer letter. Now, Recently I have an offer from Company B, which is far better than Company A in all aspects. So, I want to Join Company B and withdraw the offer from Company A. Will there be any legal action from Company A as I signed the offer letter.
The Offer letter contains "if you accept this offer you are also confirming notice period and commitment bond."
And most importantly I still didn't join Company A.
