Respected Seniors/Colleagues,
I come across terms in annual return under Minimum Wages (FORM 3), which i request you all to kindly help me with my calculations
Question are below
Number of days worked during the year : - 301. ( I have deducted Sundays and 12 festivities) and come on this value
Number of mandays worked during the year.22510.5 ( I have added attendance for all employees on our muster roll)
Average daily number of persons employed during the year: (This I have got from (22510.5/301)
(i) Adults 42 (ii) Children NIL
And i lastly, I have calculated the mandays for all employees, even the managerial personnel...so is my computation right..
