Confused About My Pension Rejection: Why Was My Form 10C Marked as Settled in 2016?

My pension amount from Form 10C got rejected, and the reason given is that it was settled on 16/9/2016. However, I did not apply for PF, and my service is around 5 years. I am confused as to why I received this reason. I would appreciate some advice on this matter.

Check your service history first. Verify the details of all your withdrawals. Ensure that if you have left the company and rejoined, your re-registration was completed. Check your claim status. If, after reviewing all these details, you find that the information is not available on the portal, please visit the EPF office personally.

Since five years ago, I have been applying for PF. I received an amount of 19, but 10 got rejected. I applied for a reason, and it was settled, but the money was not deposited into my account. After that, I applied many times but kept receiving the same response that my claim was settled. Finally, I went to the PF office and approached the officer who rejected my claim. I explained everything to him, showing that I didn't receive the money in my account. He said, "Okay, apply for the Form 10C again, and I will approve it now." So, I reapplied, but it got rejected again. I don't know what to do now. I have applied five times up to now.
