Hi
Good to take the initiative and try your luck in the market. Though the market is not encouraging there is no harm in giving a try but before taking the decision to leave the present job and try to 'settle' down in your choice of location, give a hard look at the options.
Depending on the other situations an individual has to decide if it is really worth changing and what if the new employment does not seem to be promising enough or does not meet your 'expectations' after joining etc. Life is like that, full of ifs and buts. As a mature person you may have to see through the different situations and take a decision.
As far as age is concerned different employers have different perspective and 'no one size fits all', likewise every case is different.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Aruna,
At this juncture of life, I would like to provide you some opportunity, not for a fixed salary but next few years may change your financial portfolio which is so desired by many. Since you are in ecommerce this would certainly interest you knowing the potential of trillion dollar industry that it enjoys.
This can be done while you keep doing some job and you may never look back again for another job. If interested to know, do write me on [Login to view] with your brief CV
Wish you the best!

Dear B.Aruna,
It is advisable in today Covid 19 pandemic situation to stick on to current job unless there is some serious problem with it. This is not a right time to have change. Wait for some time. Utilise your time in enhancing your power of knowledge by reading, writing and talking. Take participation in various webinars. Deliver it, share it what you have to the society at large. This will help you to boost your self confidence level. If you have knowledge of subject matter and confidence with you then there will be wider acceptability to you. One has to see the stability also. Employers normally prefer young and dynamic candidates.
