Dear All, Kindly Suggest. I accepted this job due to my last company ramp down and I had a financial problem so, accepted Front office assistant job. But I have around 8 yr of experience in the operations domain in prior companies. Now I want to switch over again in operations or HR/Admin but it’s getting difficult because of my current designation and salary which is higher if needed to start as fresher.
I am very confused about my future career path. Should I start as fresher with a low salary as right now I am in no condition to take hit over my salary or continue with the Front office profile?
