Hello Sir/Madam, I joined a new organization in January 2020. I was asked for an Aadhaar card to enroll in EPF, so I informed them that I do not have an Aadhaar card. At that time, the company was not registered with the EPF office. However, from my January salary, the company deducted PF from my salary. In April, the company asked me again for the Aadhaar card. I tried to get an Aadhaar card, but most of the centers in Chennai were closed due to Covid-19. Due to the lack of revenue, the company decided in mid-June to permanently lay off a few employees, and unfortunately, I was on the list. July 31st is my last working day, and this month I am on a 25% salary. They are now requesting the Aadhaar card to create UAN, which is not possible as I even went to the post office yesterday to obtain the Aadhaar card.

Options for PF Contribution

My current situation puts me at risk of losing my PF contribution money. What are my options? Will I receive both my contribution and employer contribution? Can I request them to transfer the amount to my salary bank account?
