Hello, I am looking for a letter that I can provide an employee whose pay rate was input wrong and needs to be adjusted (pay cut). Anyone has a template I can use?

Simple & Straightforward Communication that the Wages / Pay was inadvertently & mistakenly Shown in Pay Slips etc and therefore action to rectify the error is required to be taken. The recipient realizes and concurs with corrective action taken. Errors or Ommissions expected in Business transactions
