You have to make a sequence or order of procedures:
Employee: The policy states what areas have restricted access, how to access, and who are the controlled or authorized personnel, as well as the identification of employees in the facility.
Visitor: The identities of all visitors MUST be verified by appropriate personnel upon arrival. Visitors should maintain a visitor logbook and carry an ID card while visiting the premises. They are not allowed to carry bags or cameras with them.
List of equipment: Electronic monitoring should be placed on the premises, and all activities should be recorded 24/7 by security.
Security personnel should have clear guidelines to track goods and materials in and out during operations.
