For HR, we are using a customized SQL database program called OFOQ OHR, and we are trying to incorporate all the functions of HR into it. So far, we have integrated Position Management, Personnel, Payroll, Time Management, Gulf Related (Ticketing, Passport, and other government-related requirements). Performance Management and Career Succession planning are currently in the process of being incorporated into the system.
Simultaneously, in some of our divisions, we are in the process of introducing this system, while in others, it is already running successfully. I believe it could be helpful.
