ESI Number Missing: How Can I Retrieve an Employee's Existing ESI Using Mobile or Aadhaar?

The employee already has an ESI number, but the number was missing when I registered the new IP. The error shows that the employee already has an ESI number. How can I find the old number using the mobile or Aadhaar number?

Is it possible to get the missing ESI Number through the UAN Number?

UAN is related to PF, and you cannot get the details of ESI from UAN. If the ESI number is missing, you cannot find it from the online systems. The only way is to approach the previous employers or to approach the Branch Office of the ESI where the previous employer was located.

This can be possible by calling the ESIC help center number and providing the previous employment details to obtain the IP number. A few months ago, I used the help center number to find the ESIC challan number and successfully obtained it.
