Does an employee working as a Manager get covered under the definition of "Workmen" under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Act 2017? Like in other acts, it is defined by the wages drawn. Similarly, does that apply over here as well? The person does administrative work but does not have any person reporting to him.
