Hi, I joined an organization on 13/10/15 and will be leaving on 18/07/2020, which means I will be completing 4 years and 278 days. Will I be eligible for Gratuity in Maharashtra.
If you complete 4 years and 240 days of working in the 5th year, you are eligible to receive Gratuity, as per PGA.

Rule for gratuity is 5 years of continuous service. To be eligible, you must complete 5 years of service and have 240 days of service in the fifth year.
240 days of working means attending workdays, accounting for weekly offs, festival holidays, and other types of leaves. Does this calculation reflect the actual attendance?
