Company Ended My Contract and Won't Pay for Months Worked – What Should I Do?

Please let me know, if the company ends the employment agreement and denies to pay the salary for those months during which I worked sincerely, what should I do? I have already emailed the HR Head and the supporting department, but I have not received any response.

You may further write to the HR to remind them about the earlier email. If there is no response within a specified time, you should consider writing a grievance letter to the Labour Commissioner's office in your state. Additionally, it would be advisable to start looking for new opportunities as the resolution of this matter may take a significant amount of time.
