First of all, you would like to know that you have changed companies 4 times in how many years. Apart from that, in case you do not follow the following upskill personalities, being an HR person will not satisfy your position. Assess your current workforce, create employee development plans, create a succession plan, perform a gap analysis, and decide if/how to increase resources for the future. Set goals for the upskilling process, allocate training time for employees, encourage employees to have personal development plans (PDPs), have a dedicated learning space at work, utilize personalized learning, and create a post-training plan.
