Dear Sonia,
I agree with Kritarth Consulting. Value Addition never be futile.
You are working HR professional. You have one Master degree in your credit. My question is to you, why you wish to pursue another master degree and that too in same stream? Both the PGDM (HR) and MSW degrees are equivalent with more or less similar syllabus to my knowledge.
You really wish to add to your value, do some thing else in cross function. You can do CS. You can do some thing in Information Technology. ISTD is another option. You can also do LL.B. which can be helpful to you in HR position. This is my personal suggestion.
You are in to manufacturing. Go for registration as Welfare Officer if your PGDM (HR) is recognised as qualification for registration as Welfare Officer. All the Best.

Hi Akhil,
Thankyou so much for the valuable advise.
As you mentioned to do Training and Development from ISTD or LLB which will be beneficial to me.
I have shortlisted three courses i.e. MSW, T&D From ISTD and LLB. But I am slightly confused as Training and Development from ISTD is distance learning.
But LLB will take three years.
Can you please suggest some good colleges for workings. Like for LLB.
I would be highly grateful to you.
Rgds,
Sonia

Dear Sonia,
I can not suggest you college in Noida or in North part of India as I am from Mumbai.
ISTD diploma is a distance learning Programme of 18 months duration but it is recognised by Govt. of India for training of trainers in the country and is designed to meet today’s Training/HRD challenges. At present a large number of ISTD Diploma holders are occupying senior positions in the field of Training & Development/Human Resource Development in various Central Government Departments, Public and Private organisations.
Admission for ISTD is currently on.
