License to include additional services such as Packers & Movers service, Solutions & Management Services, Automobile Services etc?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please clarify. An organization that is not incorporated is providing Manpower Services (Housekeeping). They want to know if they need to obtain any licenses to offer additional services such as Packers & Movers services, Solutions & Management Services, Automobile Services, Electronic Services, Events, and Cab Services under their organization. If yes, what are the requirements? They already possess an MSME Udyog Aadhaar Registration Certificate, GST Registration Certificate, PAN, Partnership Deed, PF, and ESI.

If your existing registration (or with no registration) is for a 'Proprietorship' firm, not much needs to be done except adding additional services in your Professional Taxation and GST Registration. On the other hand, if you convert your Proprietorship firm into either a Partnership firm, a Pvt. Ltd/LLC, or a Public Ltd Company, then you have to obtain amended registration for all such as PAN/TAN, MSME, GST, and should be registered/incorporated under the respective Acts/laws like the Companies Act.

Whereas, if you inquire about 'licenses', it should be further examined with reference to the applicable laws/acts.
