The proprietorship firm being converted in the partnership firm, with the existing name and employees. Is the establishment code no will be changed and inform us the documents to submitted for EPFO and ESIC.
Having converted to Partnership firm everything gets changed like, Registration of firm, PAN, TAN, GST, PT, EPF, ESIC etc., and financial documents like Balance sheet, IT Returns, bank a/cs & authorisation to operate a/cs etc. All relevant forms & these documents have to be submitted with copies of docs to the respective authorities.
