Dear experts! If in appointment letter its written that all terms and conditions listed in the letter constitute a contract, are there any legal consequences in not joining the organisation after accepting the appointment.Please help

When you accept the job, you are expected to honour your commitment.
But practically speaking many people still jump jobs on various grounds.Most employers ignore such events and pick up their standby candidate.
Very rarely do they take legal actions.
But one must honour commitments and not break them easily.

Im not going to decline because of money consideration but location as I have some family compulsions.Thanks for the reply
