How Can I Resolve a Rejected PF Claim Due to Service History and Missing Certificates?

Hi all,

Recently, I made a claim, but it was rejected due to the reasons "1) SERVICE HISTORY IS NOT UPDATED" and "2) CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F NOT ENCLOSED / SIGNED". The member has only worked in one company, and the Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Exit (DOE) were updated for both EPF and EPF. Please guide me on how to process the application.

In case the employee was a PF member before 1995, you have to mark the 'EXIT' entry for EPS at two places. One will be on 16.11.1995, and the second one the actual date of his/her resignation.

Thank you all for the replies. I raised a grievance at the EPFO local office, and they confirmed that the service history was updated, advising me to proceed with a fresh claim. I submitted a new application, and it is currently under process.
