Understanding Salary Breakdown and Incentives for IT Business Development Executive: Can You Help?

Hello,

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive (IT Sector) for a salary of 35k per month. Could you please assist me with determining the basic salary percentage and the percentage of incentives relative to the basic salary? Additionally, I would like to understand how incentives are calculated.

What is 35k take-home salary in hand or CTC? Basic, DA, HRA are standard heads apart from fringe benefits. You may pay other allowances, performance incentives, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, paid leave, national holidays, bonus are statutory aspects that may be included in CTC heads.

Medicare allowance can be one more salary head. Conveyance allowance depends on how the employee commutes and if it is regularly, mandatorily given to all employees.
