You can utilise quizzes, riddles, cross word puzzles etc available online and offer prizes to early birds.
Share funny experiences during WFH, ask them one after another to share their experiences in this new environment. Also ask their family member's to share experiences.
Introduce their kids, their achievements in their academics, arts, skirmishes.
