I am working in an consultancy as a recruiter when I gave interview they didn't had the complete jd they told me it's for coordination roles I said ok and joined post joining two months my manager put me in pip saying that I am not doing great he assigned me the responsibility of recruiter and put me in pip even though I agreed and I done my work post the deadline of pip I am waiting for my manager final conclusion on my pip he didn't respond and met me I sent him so many mails to him to discuss he didn't respond after an 1 year during this covid 19 he said that he is looking for candidates with more experience and more responsiblity which your profile doesn't suites.
So he is saying if hr termination I have to leave within 15days or else it's better to put down paper on your own so you can serve notice period and can leave.
My question is if they put anyone in pip in January 2019 and deadline is Feburary 2019 they comeback after a year February 2020 is that still valid?
What I can do in this situation I don't have any offers in hand at this time.
