1. One month notice or 1 months salary
2. 15 days salary for every completed year
3. Balance bonus and leave salary
And should he be paid gratuity also if he completed 5 year

1. One month notice pay and some cases 3 month notice pay as the case may be
2. which is equal to 15 days average pay for each completed year of continuous service or any part thereof in excess of 6 months.

4. Payment against earned leave accumulated till last working
