One of our employees has passed away. The names on his UAN, SSLC certificate, Aadhaar card, and death certificate are different. If we submit an application, will his form get rejected? What is the procedure to update the name in the UAN? It has been about a year since his passing. Due to delays in obtaining the necessary documents, confusion in filling out forms, lockdown restrictions, etc., we have not been able to proceed with the application.
