Need Help: How to Withdraw PF Online Without a Cheque Book?

Hi everybody,

In my organization, one member does not have a cheque book and wants to withdraw PF. Are there any other optional bank documents to upload with the PF withdrawal form online? Please suggest to me as soon as possible.

You can upload a copy of the passbook, but you need to ensure that his SB A/c number with IFSC code, the bank's name, and branch address are clearly visible to the PF authorities.

Approach your bank manager and obtain a printed bank statement if you don't have a cheque leaf. Why don't you apply and obtain a cheque book? They may ask you to maintain a minimum balance, and if so, they may charge you 100 or some amount when your current balance goes below the minimum required (every time this happens). Some banks may require a minimum balance of up to 25,000 Rs.

Front page of a savings account book with a legible print image less than 100kb will work instead of a cheque photo. Please note that the account must be linked with Aadhar.
