Hello Friends, Good Morning and hope everything will be good. Currently I am working as a HR Manager and total Company strength is 170.
I have question regarding Employee Termination & New Joining. My Employer says that due to Pandemic Covid 19 situation our business falling down so in this case HR Department will make full & Final Settlement for all such employees. After Making the Full and Final settlement HR Department will take 50 % Strength on payroll or new joining with reduced Salary. What impact will be on Social Security (PF & ESIC)? What says new rule "Uttar Pradesh Temporary exemption form Certain labour laws Ordinance 2020".
