In some sensitive areas and at all times search by designated officials of the co. on all belongings, backpacks, electronic gadgets/on persons, data downloaded, stored/shared in any form are mandatory. Employees are deemed to be under oath against unlawful storage/retrieval/exchanging/sharing of info/data/mails of the Co., except wherever in authorised manner and limiting to only authorised persons. Employees found intentionally and/or wantonly violating this service conditions shall be charged with criminal conspiracy & shall be considered ineligible to continue in employment of the Co. and /or subjected to appropriate Criminal laws of the land"
