Hello, What are the points to be considered to release May-20 salary as per SC it is upto management discretion. So want other HR members of the group to share their experience and points considered to release the salary. This has to be apart from salary cut for inter state employees, employees within state who did not turn to job on announcing the restart date of the organization (MSMEs).

We cannot take an entirely legalistic stand in this torrid time, but give humane consideration. Many of the in-state employees may not be able turn up due to their area being in the Red Zone, lack of transport etc. But if an employee tries to take the organisation for granted
, then no mercy needs to be shown. Those who have worked from home should be rewarded. Being an MSME you need to take decision individualwise depending on how he/she has responded.
