Hi Team, Can any one pls explain what IT companies use criteria for planning of Holiday calender. How many should be given to employees and on what basis it should be decided.
Refer leave policy / rule as per your state, those leaves are mandatory. Apart from mandatory leaves, you can add more leaves as per your company / management decision.
