Transfer by company to agra from my territory Faridabad as a medical representative during covid 19 pandemic - as per labour laws is it valid?

Dear sir, I am Baldev Singh working in Venus Remedies. During this pandemic I have been transferred to agra from my territory Faridabad as a medical representative. Kindly suggest as per labour laws is it valid and assist me.

Employer can transfer the services of an employee - on the rolls of the company- from one place to another, depending upon the company's business exigencies/requirement.
If you are provided Offer of appointment, by your employer, there shall definitely be a clause on
'Transferability of Services'

An employer has inherent right to transfer the services of an employee to any department, location and other sister companies and usually appointment letter expressly provide for it. However, if the transfer is malafide or made to victimize, one can contest it . Otherwise bonfide transfer order must be complied with failing which the employer can take disciplinary action .
