Changes in labour Laws Post Covid 19 - process of attracting more and more foreign country industries

Hi, Post Covid 19 has provided various facets to economy and our country is in the process of attracting more and more foreign country industries and looking for establishing their factories and investments. Good move. To make it ease certain state govts. like Rajasthan, UP, Gujarat, MP have amended labour laws . Following is the gist in attachment.

I am afraid, only laws allowing workers work for more hours, asking the inspectors under the various labour laws not to visit the workplaces to enforce the laws relating to welfare, health and safety of the workers and permitting the employers to fire workers at any time will improve the economic situation of the country?????

If, the new law enacted then "No HR professionals" are required by the Industry..................>
