I informed them that I had a better career opportunity and would not be able to serve the notice period because my joining date was 11.02.2020. I served the notice period for about 12-15 days. However, the previous employer has updated the relieving date in their system as 26.03.2020. Now, in this Covid-19 situation where there are no new jobs, they are giving me a very hard time. I need to provide an experience letter to my new employer, but the previous employer will mention 26.03.2020 as the relieving date. They have refused to change the date. Please suggest and help.
