How Can My Friend Resolve Her Rejected PF Claim Due to Employment Status Issue?

Good Evening All, I hope you are all healthy and doing well. One of my friends joined an organization on 23/06/2011 and quit the job on 06/05/2016 as she got married. Unfortunately, she did not claim her PF at that time. Now, her PF claim has been rejected with the following remarks (screenshot attached):

"Your claim has been rejected due to: 1) MEMBER CONTRIBUTION RECEIVED UP TO 05/2016, HENCE MEMBER ADVISED TO FURNISH PRESENT EMPLOYMENT STATUS 2) CERTIFICATE ENCLOSED IS IMPROPER."

I am seeking suggestions on how to clear this PF issue.

You have to give details about present employment. What certificate you had submitted at the time of withdrawal is not proper. You have to submit the correct certificate.

Firstly, the employee is currently not employed anywhere. She left her previous job before getting married and has not taken up any new employment since then.

Secondly, there is no option available to upload documents for current employment status when applying for PF on the EPFO portal.
