How to make the HR/Payroll team understand that VPF process exists and are they liable to enroll in VPF?

Hi - I have been contributing to VPF. Recently I joined another organization, the Talent/HR is saying that they have not heard of VPF before(??)
How to make the HR/Payroll team understand that VPF process exists and are they liable to enroll in VPF when the employee is willing. Pl. advise.

Dear Member, can you pl provide your Previous contribution details to VPF in your previous Establishment.You may also share your EPF Pass Book/Contributions to your Present Employer
