COVID 19 Pandemic - how to motivate employees to give maximum productivity?

Dear HR, Just need your inputs as we are in COVID 19 Pandemic. Most of the companies are terminated the employees.
Now i need inputs on who are all work from home how to motivate them to give maximum productivity?
Most of employees are sharing that we are tired with WFH .

1.You can play Antakshri where whole family can join.
2.Quiz Activities.
3. WFH blog where they will share their experience, which can be published in company website.
4. Karoke.
5. Talkshow -where 3-4 chosen people will be panelist and others will be audience, and any sort of formal / informal question can be asked.
6. Arrange some webinar, where some expert will motivate employee.
7. Poster making (you will amaze to see people's art)
