Dear friends, I am working in a small enterprise doing contract work. Due to COVID-19, they are unable to pay their monthly salaries to employees because there is no inflow of funds to the firm until their work is restored. Both management and workers are willing to work with 50% of their salary, and the balance will be paid in full based on their receipt of payments. They want to send a notice to all employees informing them of this arrangement and obtain their acceptance.

Please provide me with a draft notice format for the above.

Please help me with a draft agreement format between the employer and employees who are willing to work at 50% capacity until the firm's fund flow becomes normal. The remaining balance will be paid upon receipt of payments to the firm.
