Forced Leave During Lockdown: Is It Fair for HR and Accounting Staff?

Hello Everyone, I'm working in an IT company. In this lockdown period, all the employees are working from home. However, the CEO is forcing HR and accounting department employees to take leaves every alternate day. These leaves will be deducted from employees' leave balance.

What can I do in this situation? Is this legitimate?

Same question. I feel, considering the current situation, companies are adjusting one thing or the other; some are cutting salaries while others are asking employees to take leaves. Employees are simply doing what has been asked of them in order to save their jobs. It's not legitimate, but there isn't much that can be done unless we decide to file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner.
