Ans: The ECR created by employer furnishing the statutory information will not lapse and shall always be available at future date for reference to complete the payment.
Q7: Whether damages will be leviable for delayed deposits?
Ans: No damages will be leviable if deposits are made within the extended time declared by the Central Government.
As per my understanding in this above, payment for April 2020 will be made within the extended time (17/05/2020) declared by the Central Government.

We have not paid july and aug 2020 epf subscription. now when i am trying to pay in the payment window N/A is mentioned. how do we pay the contribution or how to regenerate the challan.
