How we can make payment of O.T. wages without violating any rule under factories act?

We have a MSME unit having employed 30 workers. We normally work 12 hours shift including 4 hours over time. Please advice how we can make payment of O.T. wages without violating any rule under factories act. Our Normal 8 hour payment is Rs 350 - Rs 750 Per 8 hour.

Factories Act
Under Sec. 59 it is mentioned that where a worker works in a factory for more than 9 hours in any day or for more than 48 hours in any week, he/she shall, in respect of overtime work, be entitled to receive wages at the rate of twice his/her ordinary rate of wages.
Sec 65 of the Factories Act may be referred.
Max OT in a quarter is 115 hours.
