Hi Sir, I worked for organization A from June 2017 to July 2017. I had to leave the organization because of some health issues. As a result, I didn't have proper relieving and did not receive an experience letter. I joined another organization B in October 2017 as a fresher.
Now, employer A deliberately marked an incorrect date of exit as April 2018, which is causing issues with transferring my PF amount due to a date clash. The worst part is that they are also refusing to provide me with a joint declaration, citing that I absconded. I have exhausted all options, but they are not cooperating.
Since I lack any experience or relieving letter, what steps can I take in this situation? Will this situation impact my future employability even if I choose to forfeit the PF received from employer A?
