Salary for the month of COVID 19 lockdown - what would be the different strategies to pay salaries for this month?

Dear experts,

The entire month of April was under lockdown. As you know, there was not a single working day in the month. So, what would be the different strategies to pay salaries for this month?

Dear Amar,

Since the lockdown has been extended until 3rd May 2020, employers are required to pay wages to all employees as per the previous orders of the Central Government under the provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
