Salary for the month of COVID 19 lockdown - what would be the different strategies to pay salaries for this month?

Dear experts, The whole April month was under lockdown. As you know, he was not a single working day in the month.
So what would be the different strategies to pay salaries for this month?

Dear Amar,
Since the lock down stands extended up to 3rd May,2020, the employers have to pay wages to all the employees as per the earlier orders of the Central Govt under the provisions of the DMA,2005.
